If you saw our most anticipated albums of 2011 list or checked out any post related to James Blake in the past year, then you already know we're huge fans of this young man's music. And that goes for whether he's covering Feist's "Limit To Your Love" or performing jazzy live renditions of original tracks like "The Wilhelm Scream." His R&B-leaning, dubstep-influenced music just resonates perfectly, especially for those of us experiencing the bitter winter cold.
With that in mind, I'm starting to think labels on this side of the Atlantic have to be insane for not yet picking up James Blake for a U.S. release. Although, I'm pretty sure many of you have "acquired" the album by other means anyway. For those of you who are still wondering why everyone is all up in Blake's business, you can stream snippets of the album in the above video.
James Blake drops Feb. 7 in the United Kingdom.
