Prefix Premiere: The Making Of Blueprint's "Keep Bouncing"

It was just over two weeks ago that we posted the visuals for Blueprint's "Keep Bouncing," the self-deprecating second single off his forthcoming album, Adventures In Counter-Culture. As that track and previous single "Radio-Inactive" displayed, the Ohio native is up to something different here with his latest project. There's a good reason for that, too. As 'Print explains in the above "behind the beat" feature, he spent a lot of his time studying and writing melodies while also trying to make the most effective boom-bap thing as possible." The result of that work is "Keep Bouncing," a beat he said he stumbled upon while experimenting. I think we can all agree that the rest of the album should be pretty damn good if his other "experiments" sound like this.

Adventures In Counter-Culture is due out April 5.
