New Zealand’s Streets of Laredo has packed their guitars, harmonicas, drums, and their ramshackling sounds all the way from the other side of the world and landed onto the streets of Brooklyn. In addition to having brought over their Kiwi world with them, they’ve also brought their new single “Lonsdale Line.” The hardened city streets of Brooklyn didn’t deter them from the inspiration that the land of Hobbits, Dwarves, Wizards, and Elves have inhabited. The new song completely takes you back to the land down yonder with its folksy sounds. The instruments meld together really taking you on an adventurous journey that you wouldn’t find by your local deli. It’s a breath of fresh air and really whisks you away.
The track will be appearing on their Streets of Laredo – Vol. 1 EP due out October 7, 2013.
