Considering that the man doesn't know how to use email, John McCain could use all the web hype he can get. So when McCain finally had a viral video hit, the "Obama Love" video that mocked the press fawning over Obama, it was suddenly yanked after a quarter million views. What gives?
As it turns out, Warner Music Group may have had a bias against the McCain campaign. A bias that could be backed with an army of lawyers. "Obama Love" featured the Frankie Valli hit "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You," and the suddenness of the take down suggests that the song was unlicensed. A video without the Valli tune was kept online but did not spread as effectively. Poor McCain, doesn't he remember that he voted yay on the Digital Millenium Copyright Act?
