You have likely heard about the recent case against teen heartthrob Justin Bieber in which a California woman asserts she had sex with him, had a baby, and is demanding child support. And they allegedly bumped uglies when he was 16 and she was 19. Yeah, we were thinking the same thing: couldn't she also be charged with having sex with a minor?
Well, yes, she could and apparently the Los Angeles Police Department just might investigate the case. Yahoo! reports that an LAPD officer stated that his department will indeed look into it if it's brought to their attention. That means the Biebs and his camp will have to bring it to them, which I'm thinking will likely occur if the woman indeed takes this shit to court.
Although as far as we know, his team has denied all allegations. We'll see what happens after she goes before a judge on Dec. 15 for a hearing, during which she'll ask for child support and a paternity test.
Update: Justin Bieber addressed the paternity suit this morning during his appearance on NBC's Today. He said that none of the allegations are true and that he knows he's going to be a target, but he's never "going to be a victim." He also says that he's never met the woman who alleges that he's the father of her three-month-old son. Watch the Today interview below. [MTV]
