NME reports that Police guitarist Andy Summers hinted that the group could work together on a sixth album after their world tour. Summers discussed the potential album after a book signing for his new memoir One Train Later."If we do well with these concerts we may well make a sixth album. I can't see why not."
New songs are also expected to be debuted on the upcoming tour, which begins in Vancouver on May 28.
"We've been jamming acoustically lately and we've been really enjoying it," said Summers. "We'll be playing a couple of new songs at the shows in the summer."
