Playlist runs down the year's best and worst soundtracks

Playlist, a blog that deals with the collision of film and music, has a year-end retrospective looking at film in music topics like "Worst Score of the Year" (Zach And Miri Make A Porno), "Hey That Movie Is Not Worthy Of That Song," "Most Overrated Soundtrack" (Synecdoche NY), and the "Top 10 Soundtracks/ Scores Of The Year" (Waltz With Bashir). They also find multiple ways to honor The Wrestler with various awards. I haven't seen a lot of the movies they talk about here (It's not for lack of trying, my theater is terrible), but I will say that they kind of overlooked the soundtrack for Slumdog Millionaire (which I'm rather fond of). Hmm. According to this site, I'm a "Wanna-be hipster dork" who wants to "ride" Jon Brion's "dick." Not that his Synecdoche NY soundtrack was his best work, but man...
