Play: Gorillaz: The Videogame
Damon Albarn's Gorillaz project just got a little more multimedia on us: Go here to play a three-level videogame based on the band's new album, Plastic Beach. The game is called "Escape to Plastic Beach," which sounds like an episode of the Twilight Zone, or at the very least, a J.G. Ballard novel. The first two levels of the game are free, but you gotta pay for the third. My budget for videogames based on albums is currently tied up trying to buy the Journey videogame*, so someone pay to play the last level and let us know how it is. Go here to do so. [via P4K]
*- Something that has never been properly explained re: the Journey videogame: Why the non-famous members of Journey would want to avoid groupies. Wouldn't that be the only benefit of being the bass player in Journey? The throngs of groupies?
