Phil Spector's Wife Is Still Just The Worst

Nearly two months ago, Rachelle Spector, the lady who married a confirmed murderer for money, released a preview video for her first single from her Phil-produced album, Out of My Chelle. But now comes the full four minute single and video, which sounds just like one of those songs you used to be able to record in a booth in the mall for like $20. Or like being tortured for four straight minutes. Or like being married to a murderer. Or like every European dance track that Adult Contemporary stations play that they think make them seem hip. Or like getting ear cancer. Or like dying. Literally dying. 

But that's not all, here's a horrible quote from Rachelle to go with her horrible video:

People have this image that I'm living it up in this mansion. Let me tell you, I drive two and a half hours to see my husband in jail. I have been through all of it, the whole grueling thing. I read through 40,000 pages of court documents during the trial, I know this story inside and out. People say, ‘She's a gold digger.' There's nothing I haven't heard, but I'm not whatever people say I am. If I were ... I'd be sitting by a pool somewhere. My husband knows I'm a good person."

Yeah, because Phil knows exactly what makes a good person, since he clearly has so much experience being one. She also claimed that Phil has more enthusiasm for this project than he did about recording the Beatles, and that's just bullshit. So I refuse to post that. Oh wait. [Gawker]
