Phil Spector Murder Victim's Mother Settles Civil Suit

The civil case surrounding Phil Spector's 2003 murder of actress Lana Clarkson has officially come to a conclusion. According to Spinner, Clarkson's mother, Donna Clarkson, has reached a settlement with Spector's legal team.

The exact figure wasn't revealed, but her attorney said that she was pleased and relieved the case is finally over. The 72-year-old Spector, who's known for his production work for the likes of the Beatles and Ronettes, is currently serving a 19-year prison sentence for second-degree murder. It began following his conviction in 2009.
