Pet Shop Boys Releasing Vinyl Box Set Of Ballet Score
So we already know that the Pet Shop Boys have been prepping a ballet score for The Most Incredible Thing—which is based on a Hans Christian Anderson short story—as their next project. But what we didn’t realize is how lavish this undertaking would be. FACT reports on the sumptuous vinyl release of the album, which will be limited to just 500 numbered copies signed by Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. It comes with a hardback book, with the album spread over six records, in a silk cloth-bound hard board slipcase. In other words, just the kind of thing that’s going to make the broke PSB fan in your life weep tears of frustration.
