Are you ready to party? Are you ready to Satellite Party? Perry Farrell is. That's the name of his new band, whose debut album, Ultra Payloaded, is due out May 15 on Columbia. Perry is a friendly dude, so he'll have a lot of his buds collaborating on the album. Flea and John Frusciante will appear, as well as New Order's Peter Hook and...er...um...Fergie. She sings on the title track and one other, "Dogstar." Of course, I'm using the verb "sing" there very liberally. Very, very liberally.
