If you thought Peter Hook’s pillaging of the Joy Division back catalog couldn’t get much worse, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Above and below are clips from Hook’s recent show in Los Angeles, where he performed Unknown Pleasures in its entirety, and invited Perry Farrell from Jane’s Addiction to help out on “Transmission.” Its every bit as bad as that sounds, with all the subtlety of the original completely stripped away and turned into a boozed-up sing-along. Proof that certain people just don’t know when to call it a day.
