Perfume Genius On WNYU Today, Listen Online
It might not be the worst band name ever but Mike Hadreas's moniker is definitely up there with the hilariously bad. Fortunately, the name Perfume Genius really has nothing to do with the gorgeous, downtrodden melancholic pop that Hadreas puts out.
With a forthcoming release due to drop via Matador in a couple weeks, the NYC-based artist is stopping by WNYU’s New Afternoon Show to play a few songs and discuss the new album.
Hadreas will be on at 4 p.m. EST. If you are in the big apple you can tune in at 89.1FM. For the rest, listen in online at wnyu.org.
