Paul Banks Announces Short Julian Plenti Tour

Paul Banks of Interpol has announced a brief U.S. tour in support of his recently released solo debut, Julian Plenti is Skyscraper. The jaunt with Brooklyn's I'm In You kicks off on Nov. 14 in the un-post-punk friendly San Diego, and runs through Nov 27 in Philly. Here are the dates:
