March 20th is shaping up to be quite the day for animal-named indie rock acts. Ponys and Panda Bears, oh my! Yes, that zoophilic date will see the release of Animal Collective member Panda Bear's third solo set, Person Pitch. The solo debut by Panda (nee Noah Lennox), 2004's Young Prayer, was very well-received. However, Panda's label Paw Tracks reports he's left that album's acoustic prettiness behind for more electronics and samples on Person Pitch.
