Today must be national "News About Rock's Lords of Darkness Day." A new album from bat-head-chomper supreme Ozzy Osbourne is scheduled to arrive May 22 on Epic. Entitled Black Rain, it's his first album of new material since 2001. Ozzy also claims it's the first album he's ever done in his long career totally sober. He recorded it in L.A. with Zakk Wylde, who co-wrote many of the songs, and other members of his touring band.
