The old people over at Breakfast at Sulimay's have been busy since their thoughts on Animal Collective got sent round the Internets like a Keyboard Cat video, and today comes a video of them appraising Wilco's "Wilco (the Song)" and Dirty Projectors' excellent "Stillness Is the Move." The old folks mostly like Wilco (one of them hates it, and another says it's good to dance to), while they hate Dirty Projectors because Amber Coffman's voice sounds "oriental" in a vaguely racist way. It's a pretty awkward video this time out, because the woman seems super pissed about people not liking her on the net. That's the downside of Internet fame, lady. [Stereogum]

When I was at the Dirty Projectors and TVOTR show earlier this month, I met up with my boss and a couple of his freinds after the show. I ended up splitting a cab with these 45+ year old peeps. The whole cab ride they were just RIPPING on the Dirty Projectors set (which wasnt that bad imo). All I could think in my head was "old people being old is kind of sad". This clip brought me back to that cab ride.
