N.P.R. wants your input on the best albums of the year so far

All Songs Considered, the National Public Radio show that’s served as a showcase for artists such as the Decemberists, Death Cab For Cutie, Calexico, and Iron and Wine, needs some help from informed music fans. This isn’t the kind of help where you have to pledge money and never get that tote bag in the mail, either. The program is putting together a list of the best records of the year so far, and they want the sample size to be as large as possible to make for the most accurate results. To make your voice heard, head on over to the N.P.R. website. The given list is pretty comprehensive, but with artists like the Drive By Truckers missing, there is still plenty of room for write-in candidates.
