It sounds like Kurt Vile had an eventful time at SXSW. The singer should have been on a high after the warm reception for his Smoke Ring for My Halo album, but he lost a bag full of equipment during his time in Austin. The bag was reportedly stolen, and included a Memory Man FX pedal and a Roland-404 sampler. However, he did continue to play further shows at the festival, and NPR is streaming one of them in full over at this link, which is essentially a set full of sturdy Smoke Ring-focused material.
