Summer is a magical time for flings -- no one puts you in the corner and you can have the time of your life. But these romances are usually short-lived, which is why NPR Music has come up with its top picks for saying goodbye to your summer sweetheart. The tracks include Michael Jackson's "We're Almost There," William DeVaughn's "Be Thankful for What You Got," Ice Cube's "It Was a Good Day," and Heath Brothers' "Smilin' Billy Suite, Part II."
