Incase it wasn't already known, Noel Gallagher is not a fan of One Direction. The ex-Oasis rocker spoke with the British version of GQ magazine about the world-conquering boyband and did not have the most flattering things to say about them
"(They are) F***ing idiots! Bless 'em. Bless 'em, but f**k 'em at the same time."
His tirade didn't stop there. He then took aim at pretty much everyone assosciated with One Direction. The band, the writers, even their young fans.
"Everybody's winning out of it. One Direction aren't working in the local f***ing Costcutter, so they're winning. The geezer who's writing f***ing s**t tunes, he's winning. He doesn't even have to leave the studio. He's got new houses coming out of his ear holes. The record company are winning 'cause they're all getting their f***ing bonuses at Christmas. The young 12-year-old girls are winning because one day they might actually grow up to give one of them a blow-job."
He then added, "They're all winning. No one's losing! The only people who are losing are idiots like me at 9:30 in the morning when you're trying to get the kids out the door for school, and they're f***ing murdering one of Blondie's songs."
Strong words from the man many proclaim as the Godfather Of Rock N' Roll. It's not the first team he's lashed out at the boyband and it almost certainly will not be the last.
