Noel Gallagher Posts "The Death Of You And Me" Trailer (Video)

Noel Gallagher looks like he’s been making a Deadwood-style music video to promote his forthcoming debut solo single, “The Death of You and Me.” Unfortunately we don’t get to hear any of the music from it in this teaser trailer, but we do get to hear him being typically bullish about it. "It's really hard to talk about your own music, what can I say, I really like it, it's amazing,” he says. The fact that Gallagher has worked with Amorphous Androgynous on an experimental album he’s putting out suggests he may be stepping away from the classic Oasis sound, but we’ve anticipated things like that before to no avail. “The Death of You and Me” might provide some answers when it’s issued on Aug. 21.
