In a recent interview with Drowned In Sound, Colin Greenwood, bassist of Radiohead, stated that the members of the band were all busy with other projects, and a new album is “up in the air.”
When asked about the future plans for the band, Greenwood explained that all of the members are “taking it easy at the moment. Just enjoying being home and hanging out really.” Thom Yorke, frontman of the band, has just finished up touring with his band Atoms For Peace, and Greenwood himself was just named Offical Ambassador for Independent Venue Week.
While there are no plans for the immediate future, Greenwood is optimistic about what is next for Radiohead. “We had the best time when we spent the last two years touring The King of Limbs. We all really enjoyed that. It was a really positive time. We definitely want to do it all again but we’ve just got to give it some time for the dust to settle.”
