No Longer A ‘King Uncaged,’ T.I. Apparently Showing ‘No Mercy’ Dec. 7

Everyone remember how T.I. got out of jail earlier this year and planned on releasing his “comeback” album called King Uncaged? Yeah, you should remember it, considering the damn record was supposed to be by now. But, oh, that’s right, T.I. ended up getting in trouble with the law again and will find himself returning to jail shortly. As such, the title King Uncaged doesn’t really make much sense, does it?

T.I.’s since renamed his seventh studio album — and first since 2008’s Paper Trail — to No Mercy. And he’s gathered quite the guest list, which includes Kanye West, Eminem, Chris Brown, The-Dream, and Christina Aguilera with production from Dr. Luke , Danja and Jim Jonsin, among others. As long as I don’t see “Got Your Back” on this album, I’ll be satisfied.

No Mercy is due out Dec. 7.
