On March 20th, Mute will release a mammoth offering of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds live material. Entitled The Abbatoir Blues Tour, it will contain two CDs and two DVDs. The DVDs document shows put on at the Hammersmith Apollo in 2003 and the Brixton Academy London in 2004, as well as promo videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and other goodies. The two CDs compile songs performed on 2004's Abbatoir Blues tour. Since that tour never did reach U.S. shores, all of this offers Cave (lately busy with his new project Grinderman) fans a chance to recapture what they missed.
