But now that he's a lame duck and his party is a minority in the capitol, Trans Am are ready for a Sex Change. That's the name of their next record, dropping February 20 of next year. The album was recorded in Auckland, New Zealand with gear provided by Chris Knox, and in New York City at Oneida's home studio. The results are what their label Thrill Jockey is calling "the most joyous and upbeat rock album of Trans Am's chronicle."
