They may have been getting their “Electric Feel” on across the world as of late, but the chaps in MGMT are apparently itching to get back into the studio to record album two (the follow-up to Oracular Spectacular).
The band told BBC 6Music that they are heading into the studio in January, and the album should be out next summer.
"We've been longing to get in the studio for a while because we got out of it recording our last album about a year ago," MGMT’s Andrew Van Wyngarden said.
In the mean time, MGMT are on tour in North America through August.
