Deadline is reporting that Oren Moverman, director of the well-regarded The Messenger and co-writer of the Bob Dylan biopic I'm Not There, has been attached to an upcoming Kurt Cobain biopic. The film will reportedly cover the last two days of Cobain's life, right up to his suicide. This was basically the plot of Gus Van Sant's Last Days, so there's already a film to compare it to. Probably favorably though, since Last Days got mostly mixed reviews. There's no word on any actors being cast in any roles yet.
