'New' Gang Of Four Locks Dates For North American Tour

No Dave Allen, no Hugo Burnham, no problem. A newly revamped Gang of Four, with fellow founding members Andy Gill and Jon King still in tow, have announced that they'll be heading Stateside come February for a tour that will take them from Toronto to Los Angeles in little under three weeks. 

It's rather timely excursion for the post-punk legends considering that their new record, Content, comes out on Jan. 25 via Yep Roc. In place of Allen and Burnham, who left in 2008 after the original GOF briefly reunited, are bassist Thomas McNeice and drummer Mark Heaney. AMEX presale tickets for the tour go on sale today, while general sale kicks off Friday, 11/12, at noon.
