Elbow working on new material

Via: NME
Elbow is currently in studio at work on a new album, the band's first since 2005's Leaders of the Free World. Speaking to the NME, frontman Guy Garvey said, "It feels very much like we've done it just the five of us. There's been nobody else in the room."
As to the genral tone of the new songs and the mood of the band, Garvey had the following to say: "There's just a lot of things going on. There's been some not so great stuff and some amazing stuff. Just in terms of the families that are growing up in the band--the babies are turning into little boys now, and everybody's happy in that respect."
There's no title or release date for the album yet, but tracks that are confirmed to appear include "Friend of Ours," "Starlings," "Bones of You," "Brambles" and "I Forget."
