New Ecstatic Peace band: Pagoda
Remember that dude who played the Kurt Cobain character in Gus Van Sant's Last Days? No? Already moved on to anticipating Ewan McGregor in the next Cobain biopic? Well Michael Pitt (said actor) has more ways to woo you than just through thespianism. Dude also fronts a band. Their called Pagoda, and their self-titled debut will be released by Ecstatic Peace on February 27. Ecstatic Peace is Thurston Moore's vanity label, which last year released the great Be Your Own Pet album. Check out the track "Lesson Learned" below, and head over to the band's MySpace to hear more.
