After dropping off the face of the planet for a bit, everybody's favorite split-personality hip-hop act DOOM came back this year and dropped the solid solo offering Born Like This and the odds-and-ends compilation Unexpected Guests. Finishing off DOOM's 2009 return is the new Gazzillion Ear EP.

The EP features the title track, a cappella and instrumental versions of the song, and some remixes of the track from bigwigs like Radiohead's head honcho Thom Yorke and TV on the Radio guru Dave Sitek (who collaborates with Jneiro Jarel). Also included are a small handful of bonus tracks. It's something of a mystery who needs to hear DOOM spit the same verse five times, even if that meat-wagon line is pretty bad ass.
