Although reclusive frontman Jeff Mangum has been popping up on stage and hosting music shows and stints on independent radio stations lately, he hasn't blessed us with any new Neutral Milk Hotel material in 11 years. That's not set to change, unfortunately. But in light of that fact, Merge Records has decided to reissue the band's two seminal full-lengths -- In The Aeroplane Over The Sea and On Avery Island, masterpieces both -- on vinyl. The albums, set to hit stores on Nov. 3, will be pressed on 180-gram vinyl and will include download codes at 320 kpbs, satisfying the audiofiles in all of us.
