Quick. Name the sexiest music video of all time. Did you think of this one? Or this one? Or maybe this one? Well, Nerve thinks your previous picks weren’t sexy enough, because they chose Robert Palmer’s “Addicted to Love” as the sexiest music video of all time.

You could argue that the video is also the most unsexy video of all time (Robert Palmer looks like my high school’s creepy janitor), but Nerve said it came down to that video or “Simply Irrestible,” and they settled on “Addicted to Love.”

A lot of the obvious choices are present on the list (Fiona Apple’s “Criminal,” Prince’s “Little Red Corvette,” and J Geils Band’s “Centerfold”) plus a few curveballs (She & Him’s “Why Do You Let Me Stay Here” is like two weeks old and it makes the list, and Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark” should be excluded for Courtney Cox’s hair alone, and relative newcomer Shakira gets two entries, clearly the listmaker has a thing for her).
