In a message on his Twitter, Fam-Lay, a barely known rapper signed to the Neptunes' Star Trak imprint, announced that N.E.R.D. are adding a female member named Rhea, an R&B singer who is working on her own debut album right now. Rhea has been linked to the band recently, including performances in the UK with the group. Now only if she could make Seeing Sounds (and, well, most of the other two N.E.R.D. albums for that matter) less terrible. [Angry Ape]
