Lovably kooky songbird Nellie McKay (everyone say it correctly together: "Mc-Kai") has announced tour plans in support of her upcoming third full-length. That would be Obligatory Villagers, slated for a September 25 release via the singer-songwriter's own Hungry Mouse imprint.
