Bob Dylan isn't the only legendary singer-songwriter who will have a busy end to 2007. Neil Young is also plenty packed up with projects. Young will be releasing his new album Chrome Dreams II via Columbia. And he's reportedly finishing up work on a massive anthology of his music.
