National Trust Might Step In And Save Abbey Road Studios
The EMI selling Abbey Road story just stretched to another day, as the British National Trust has announced that it is considering purchasing the studio, pending taxpayer support. The Trust has said that its already received an overwhelming amount of public support for the purchase of the studios, so it seems unlikely that at this point, the studio will end up the hands of an evil corporate overlord.
