Via: BillboardNasty Nas moved 355,000 units last week to take home crown. I expected Hip Hop Is Dead to have a strong showing, but I honestly was thinking it'd be 200 something albums sold. Even crazier to me is that Nas beat out Jeezy's first week album sales of 352,000 from the prior week, which made the Snowman look even sillier for stating "I'll tell you what, we'll look at them first week numbers and we'll talk about it" (Via: Nah Right). In any case, it's good to see the youngsters will get a little history lesson with the new Nas album and for the record I do like Jeezy's work.

Even though Nas sold more than Jeezy on his first week, Snowman doesn't have to entirely eat his own words because Nas only sold 3,000 more units than his. If jeezy keeps puttin out hot singles and pushin units. The Inspiration will definelty sell more than Hip Hop is Dead for the final worldwide sells.
