Nas Busted, Admits Pot Use But Tests Negative; Cops Issue Questionable Report Details

According to TMZ, Nas was busted for driving under the influence not far from his home in Georgia. But that's the old -- and less interesting -- news (the arrest allegedly took place on Sep. 10). More curious is the fact that, according to the police report, Nas admitted he'd been smoking pot just before he was apprehended. And yet, per TMZ, all charges against the rapper have been dropped because tests for narcotics "came back negative for drugs, including marijuana."

Which seems odd but, when you really get down to it, the best part of this whole story is the fact that police stated the car smelled of "raw marijuana" ("raw"? As opposed to what? Baked pot brownies?) and that upon being stopped, "Mr. Jones had a green tongue with raised taste buds and his pulse was raised to 116 beats per minute." Because smoking lots of pot turns your tongue green? Who are the drug experts running this police department, my mom? And did they search the vehicle for acid cigarettes and cocaine pills?
