My Morning Jacket to Perform All Their Full-Lengths at NYC's Terminal 5

My Morning Jacket has just announced it will perform each of its five studio albums in their entirety at a series of shows this October, being held at New York City’s Terminal 5. Tickets for the Louisville indie/country rock band’s five night stand go on sale June 18 for the individual shows. Five-show ticket packages will be available via a pre-sale June 14.

After each of the albums is performed, the group will play a mix of favorites from their catalog. The band will also donate $1 from each ticket sold to a local charity (as they’re doing on their upcoming headlining tour dates in August).

The October itinerary kicks off Oct. 18, when the group performs its 1998 debut album, The Tennesee Fire. Money raised will go to Safe Haven of Pike County. The Oct. 19 performance of At Dawn will help the Innocence Project.

The band’s 2003 breakthrough record It Still Moves will be played Oct. 21; money raised will go to 826NYC. The popular Z from 2005 can be heard Oct. 22 and will be played to help out New York Cares. The concert series concludes Oct. 23 with a performance of 2008’s Evil Urges. Money raised will go to Sustainable South Bronx.
