In case you've missed the building Disney promotional wave, there is a new Muppets movie out this year, and there are a bunch of acts covering the Muppets for the film's soundtrack. The first up is My Morning Jacket, whose cover of "Our World" is streaming now at Spin. The best part of the cover? The fact that this sort of sounds like the goofier stuff on Evil Urges already. My Morning Jacket hardly had to go far to pull this one off. You can hear it over here.
The Muppets: Green Album is due out on Aug. 23.
