United States President Barack Obama is throwing a dinner tonight in honor of UK Prime Minister David Cameron's visit to the White House. In addition to the 1,000 guests that will be in attendance, both Obama and Cameron have personally invited John Legend and Mumford & Sons--who will debut their Big Easy Railroad Express documentary at SXSW this Saturday--to perform.
When he's not busy singing Al Green classics, the president is also a noted fan of Legend's music among many other artists. Cameron, too, has his preferences; the prime minister has made his love of The Smiths public before, which is far from mutual, and now he's digging Marcus Mumford and company. [NME]
