MP3: T.I. "Tell 'Em I Said That"

Download
Yet another track from the upcoming T.I. vs. T.I.P. has surfaced. At this rate, they'll have to add six bonus tracks just to get people to buy the album.
Timbaland protege Danja twiddles the knobs for this synthy track. It kinda sounds like Timbo Lite (which makes sense, as they say Danja has a large hand in much of what Tim comes up with), but all those ghostly voices sprinkled throughout keep it fresh after a few spins. The little changeup around the 3:30 mark helps, too. And, of course, Clifford comes with a catchy hook on the chorus.
If you haven't pieced together every track from this record by July 3, you can buy it then.

I wasn't sure about the beat initially, but by the end of the song I really liked it. The song seems like it'll grow on me

I have to admit, I fell in love with this track from the start. I don't even listen to T.I.!Seems like everything that is somewhat related to Timbaland is good stuff. And yea, it has to be the voices, feel like I'm in a trance or something...

"you know what it is" is the only one i've liked right off the bat, but they've all grown on me to some extent.

this song is dope all 4:55 of it... T.I. Vs T.I.P. is starting to sound like a classic from the 12 songs i heard...Mr.Harris would have had to come with some A1 bullshit with the other 6 to be anything less than that

I liked this the second I heard it. The Lyrics fit in great with the dark ghostly music and strong beat. Classic.

The amount of talent it takes to deliver authentic lyrics, that are actually real these days, are rare, he really points out the structure of our society and those who are not who they say they are, and to remain the same in the face of so much adversity, it take commanding and leadership of yourself to be KING,
