We are officially old. Brooklyn emcee Lil' Mama has been burning up our stereo with the sheer awesomeness that is "Lip Gloss", and now she's got us all excited again with this Marvelous J-produced tune.
And she was born in 1989. We vividly remember 1989. This worries us.
Anyhoo, this one's got a lot more going on production-wise than "Lip Gloss," with those full, live-sounding drums and synth blasts. She's hardly ever talking about anything in particular here, but she's got more than enough flow to keep you riveted. (Sound familiar?) She even flexes her pipes a little on the chorus. It's the kind of thing that's bound to move lots of units with even the slightest PR push, so get used to hearing her name now.
