We never thought we'd see the words "From executive producers Bruce Willis and Queen Latifah" strung together on a movie screen, but life just keeps on surprising us.
A welcome breath of positivity amidst an onslaught of negative press for hip-hop, here's the trailer for The Hip Hop Project, a documentary that follows a teenager who overcomes homelessness to help spread the power of hip-hop. Looks like it could get a little touchy-feely here and there, but the genre could probably use a warm fuzzy right about now. Check it below.
