Just when you thought all the Kanyetroversy was about to die down in regards to Kanye's "outburst" at the VMAs, someone goes and asks Mos Def what he thought about the situation:
“And Jay Leno, with your banana boat face having ass, you need to apologize to Kanye West for having him with his mother [would say], what she would think, she would think she'd need to smack your fucking banana face-having ass face off trying to be slick.”
The "banana boat face" comment would have made me chortle heartily when I was 11, but he kind of has a point. It was not profound for Jay to ask Kanye what his mom would think; it was kind of a dick move. His mom is dead. Thanks for reminding him Jay.
