Morrisey has no American label at the moment

If you're at Decca Records, it looks like you won't be having Hennessy with Morrissey anytime soon. The former Smiths frontman and notoriously demanding singer cut ties with the label after Morrissey's most recent greatest hits comp was not promoted to Moz's liking. Morrissey only signed the deal with Decca last December, after parting with Attack following Ringleader of the Tormenters. With all the trouble Moz has given labels of late, it's possible no one will want to touch him, even as he continues to top the charts in England, and, more impressively, rank in the top 40 in the U.S. with new releases. Don't be suprised if Morrissey ends up doing something Radiohead-like with his next release.
