Track review: Modest Mouse "March Into the Sea"

By now, tracks off the new Modest Mouse album are spreading all over the blogosphere. Here's another: "March Into the Sea."

What begins as a sea shanty quickly devolves into a schizophrenic affair, alternating between sweet sing-along and driving stomper. Isaac Brock turns the crazy up to eleven for the vocals on this one, and I'm not entirely convinced it's a good thing. I can see it being the theme song to many a drunken frat party.

Stumble It!

Proberbly the best song on the album. At least for me. I think it was used as a contradiction to there last album as its so heavy. good stuff.
